In this session, Adity Chatterjee - author of the recently published book,  "Organizational Agility: Crafting Solutions with a Human-Centric Approach", will lead a discussion on finding human-centric design solutions to keep your organization nimble. 

In this session, Fouad Benyoub will explore the critical role of competitive intelligence in international trade, specifically within BRICSX markets. Amalia is the Founder of the Fundo Casa Socioambiental, and will present their latest projects and how they impact the communities they serve. The Fundo Casa is a philanthropic organization serving at-risk communities in Brazil for over 20 years - and they have a story to share. Amalia will also discuss the social, environmental, and economic benefits of targeted giving, emphasizing sustainable development initiatives and the protection of biodiversity. Participants will gain insights into how strategic philanthropy can empower indigenous populations, preserve ecosystems, and contribute to global environmental goals. As we are living in times of global mental health crises due to increasingly challenging and disruptive forces which leave many people stuck, Nadine Moussa invites us into the world of emotions, as a path forward to help manage these difficult times.  Nadine will share her own personal story with emotions, how she ignored them for over 20 years, and on shifting her perspective then she realized the wisdom in emotions, which is  available to everyone.

She will go over the shift towards more interactive and engaging training methods, given the preferences of younger generations, and the global trend towards dynamic learning environments, prioritizing engagement and interactivity.
